ULI Atlanta will be kicking off a Summer Project Tour Series to give ULI members a sneak peek into the newest development projects happening across the city. Tours will take place in-person, with limited capacity, and open to ULI members only.
For our first Summer Project Series Tour, join us to learn about Summerhill located in one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods just south of Downtown. Summerhill is the redevelopment of the area surrounding Atlanta’s Olympic stadium and most recently Turner Field. In 2017, Carter and Georgia State University purchased Turner Field and the surrounding property with the vision to thoughtfully redevelop the area into a hub for commerce, education, innovation, and community.
Come hear more about the development process, neighborhood involvement and plans for the area with the Carter team. We will also get a first look at Carter’s soon-to-open 565 Hank apartment building and hear about what it’s store for the future.
