Join us for a members-only tour with Matt Foley, principal architect on the renovation by Williams Blackstock and Alex Krumdieck, Director of Urban Studio to learn more about the vision for Auburn University’s presence in downtown Birmingham. The 44,000-square foot historic showroom and warehouse building will provide a permanent home for the College of Architecture Design and Construction, Auburn’s College of Business, and will hold space for events and offerings in Birmingham. The Hood McPherson building will be a home away from the Plains for the University to host and display a commitment to education, innovation, and the betterment of our community. The investment will also bring this beautiful building back to life, adding to the growing energy in downtown Birmingham.
